1. Nature of Donations

AMA does not offer any goods, services, or other consideration in exchange for your donation. Donations do not grant any rights over AMA’s operational decisions.

All donations made to AMA are voluntary, final, and non-refundable, except in exceptional cases described in our Refund Policy.

2. Non-Tax-Deductible Status

AMA is not currently registered as a nonprofit organization. Therefore, donations are not tax-deductible.

3. Donation Methods

AMA offers a variety of secure and accessible ways to donate, tailored to each individual’s preferences and capabilities:

• Online Donations: Online donations are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment platform that meets the highest security standards established by the PCI DSS.

  In some cases, we may use an intermediary service such as Donorbox, which integrates with Stripe to facilitate the donation experience.

  AMA does not store your credit or debit card details or security codes; these are managed and processed directly by Stripe.

• Bank Transfers, Deposits, or Remittances: If you prefer to donate through one of these methods, please contact us and we will provide the necessary information.
• Cryptocurrencies: If you wish to donate via cryptocurrency, you may use any of the following wallet addresses:

• All information entered is truthful, complete, and accurate.

Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and will only be used for administrative, legal (if applicable), and AMA-related communication purposes.

5. Use of Donations

AMA is committed to using all donations responsibly, efficiently, and in alignment with our mission to rescue, assist, and protect animals in situations of abandonment, abuse, or vulnerability.

We reserve the right to allocate funds where they are most needed based on operational priorities at any given time.

6. Recurring Donations

For monthly subscriptions or recurring donations:
